Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please have your zip code and order # handy for loop return page.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

- Processing: We'll process the exchange and dispatch the replacement or issue store credit, as per your choice. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.
Exchange Conditions
- Item Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags and labels attached.
- Sale Items: All sale items are final sale.
- Product Availability: Exchanges depend on stock availability. If a replacement isn't available, store credit will be provided.
Shipping
For your convenience, we offer a hassle-free return process through our Loop Returns portal. Simply visit our website and access the Loop Returns portal to initiate your return request. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Please affix this label to your package before returning it to us.
